WHEN THE PILOT OPENS

Clear scope. Clear next step.

Everything begins with one result you want your spreadsheet to produce.

  1. 01

    Describe the need

Tell Needzie the desired result, your spreadsheet app/version and the approximate project and row counts. Begin with made-up figures.

  2. 02

    Agree the result

Review a sample preview, the exact scope, the $49 price, the delivery date and the order terms before payment.

  3. 03

    Receive the workbook

The planned order area will provide your checked file, short instructions and a place to request the included correction.

This describes the planned service. Customer ordering, payment and downloadable delivery are not yet available.

HELP & POLICIES

Know what to expect.

Needzie is preparing its first digital-service pilot. This page explains the offer while the ordering and support experience is being completed.

Customer help will live on-site

When orders open, the Needzie order area will handle questions, correction requests and refund or dispute requests. Customer chat is not open yet.

What happens before payment?

The desired result, scope, spreadsheet compatibility, sample preview, price and delivery date must be agreed before a purchase. This page has no checkout and accepts no payments.

What correction is included?

One correction within the agreed scope is included when requested within seven days of delivery. New features or expanded scope need a separate agreement; there is no automatic extra charge.

What about cancellations, refunds and disputes?

Orders are not open yet. Cancellation and refund terms will be presented for acceptance before any purchase. Refund or dispute requests will be submitted through the on-site order area for review; refunds are not automatic.

What should I share?

This information page does not ask you to upload files or submit personal information. Start future scope discussions with made-up or anonymized figures. File-handling instructions will be provided before customer files are accepted.

Is this accounting or financial advice?

No. The pilot provides one agreed spreadsheet result. Payroll, tax and bookkeeping advice are outside its scope. Budget examples display entered spending and commitments; they do not establish profit or predict all remaining work.
